It's a (Late) Festivus Miracle

The kids got to experience their first snow in Mississippi! The last time it snowed here was in 2000, before Porter made his appearance in our lives. Sadly, for some reason although the entire city of Hattiesburg was covered in snow, our yard looked like the picture you see above. But luckily, our good friends the Atkinsons let us know that their house, which might be about 6 miles away from ours, was a wintry wonderland. Thanks to the Atkinsons for clueing us in or else our kids might have missed out on all the snow fun!

I must say I'm a bit jealous! How fun...snow! It's very cold here but how nice it would be to have a snow day. Have much fun playing.

Um . . . when did you get to air your grievances? Show feats of amazing strength?

Hey. I was just looking at some pictures from the last time that all the kids (mine, Amy's and Your's)were together here in Jackson...last spring? or was it summer? Anyway, I just realized that now Porter has a boy (though a bit younger)in the group! Poor little Porter with all those girls! Though he never seems to mind. How fun is it that we will have pictures of them all growing up together!
